Cliff specializes in Commercial and Office sales & leasing. He has been in the Real Estate business since June of 1991. Cliff started with Joe Adame & Assoc. Inc. working primarily in office sales and leasing. Cliff became a broker in 1995 and went on to be the top-producing agent with Joe Adame for most of his time there. In January 2003 Cliff joined Cobb-Lundquist Realtors Inc. and in May of that year the name was changed to Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip, Inc. with Cliff a full partner. As a Realtor, Cliff has sold over half a million square feet of office buildings in the Corpus Christi market. He has worked as leasing agent for six different office building in the Central Business District and is one of the most knowledgeable office broker in Corpus Christi. Cliff tracks the office occupancies and publishes an office market survey showing citywide office occupancies. He also writes the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) office market survey article for the annual BOMA Directory. Cliff is a member of the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors and serves on the Governmental Affairs committee.
In 1994 Cliff was the runner-up for the Texas Association of Realtors Lone Star Trophy Award for his sale of a 100,000 square foot office building to buyers form Costa Rica. Some of Cliff’s current clients include buyers from Canada and Germany. Cliff grew up in Zimbabwe, Africa -- the son of missionaries. He graduated high school under the British school system in Zimbabwe, returning to Texas to attend Baylor University. While at Baylor, Cliff was an exchange student to Seinan Gaquin University in Fukuoka Japan for one year. He graduated Baylor in 1980 with a BBA in Finance. Cliff is currently working for his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Before entering Real Estate, Cliff worked in Insurance sales for three years before starting his own business in property management. Cliff’s goal was to enter the home building market, but with the collapse of the banking industry in the late 1980’s he was asked to join Joe Adame in real estate and has never looked back. Cliff is very active in Second Baptist Church serving as Deacon and on the finance committee. Cliff is married to Char Atnip and they have two grown daughters, Paige and Delilah, and four grandchildren.

After graduation from high school, in a rural town in Minnesota, Teresa moved to Southern California where she was employed in the Mission & Defense Aerospace industry for 20 years. She received her Master of Science degree in Public Administration in the summer of 1997. In 2005, she relocated to South Padre Island, Texas to be closer to her family who have resided there for many years. While in South Padre Island, Teresa worked in Sales for the South Padre Island Golf Community and with various real estate firms on the Island. She became a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas in 2011. In August 2015, Teresa moved to Corpus Christi where she is now employed by Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip, Inc., a local commercial real estate group. When not at work, Teresa enjoys walks on the beach, motorcycling and spending time with her family.
40+ Years of Excellence in Commercial Real Estate! Born in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1945, Wayne was the oldest son of Wayne and Nina Lundquist of Corpus Christi. Attended Robert Wilson Elementary, Hamlin Junior High, W.B. Ray High School. Attended Bethany College in West Virginia and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in 1967. Graduated from Naval Officer Candidate School in Newport, R.I., in February 1968 and was awarded Navy Achievement Medal for campaigns in Vietnam. In 1971, married Cynthia Cobb Lundquist and have two sons, Will age 25 and Ben age 22.
After discharge from Navy, attended University of Houston to work on M.B.A. Returned to Corpus Christi in summer of 1972 and entered real estate business. Was named salesman of the Year in 1973 by the Corpus Christi Board of Realtors. Became Partner in Cobb-Lundquist, Realtors in July 1979. Graduated from Leadership Corpus Christi III in 1975 and presently member of Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni. Involved in many real estate developments in South Texas including the Lighthouse Bar & grill, the first public-private joint venture between City of Corpus Christi and private developers, which is located on Lawrence Street T-Head.
Past board member of St. James Episcopal School, Ada Wilson Hospital, Corpus Christi Apartment Association, Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce, Texas Commerce Bank-Gulfway, Corpus Christi Country Club, Corpus Christi Tennis Association, Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), Young Life Committee and Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. Past President of Beachcombers and Corpus Christi Country Club, and member of King’s Men and Corpus Christi Rotary Club.
Currently Chairman of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program, board member of the Corpus Christi Medical Center, and Chairman of the Downtown Management District. Served on vestry of Church of the Good Shepherd 1986-1988 and 1998- 2000 and served as Senior Warden in 2000. Also serves as lay eucharistic minister. Most recently, Wayne was nominated for the William Jennings Award and also received the emeritus award for serving in the real estate business for 40+ years.
