Ralph Cobb Realty was formed in 1965 to service Commercial, Industrial, Farm and Ranch Real Estate customers. In 1972 Ralph was joined by his son-in-law, Wayne Lundquist, and in 1979 the partnership Cobb-Lundquist, Realtors was established. The two brokers specialized in land sales primarily in Corpus Christi but in the surrounding counties also. Over the next 20 years they helped shape commercial and residential development around the coastal bend.
In 2003 the name changed again to Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip, Inc. when Cliff Atnip joined the firm as a partner. Cliff’s commercial experience covered office sales and leasing together with some hospitality sales and industrial sales and leasing. This addition expanded the company’s market share and diversified the client base.
Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip, Inc. has worked in sales, property evaluation, site selection, leasing, investing, and consulting on commercial real estate. A few of the many clients the firm has worked with are: City for Corpus Christi, Port of Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Independent School District, Frost Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, IBC Bank, Spohn Hospital, FDIC, Plains Capital Bank, Braslau Furniture, Nueces County, and many local investors, buyers and sellers.
We are members of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. In 2017 Wayne Lundquist was named Realtor Emeritus, for his 48 years of experience in the local Corpus Christi market. Together with 29 years of experience that Cliff Atnip brings in the commercial market the firm has a combined 77 years of commercial Real Estate experience.
Ralph Cobb passed away in 2014 leaving Wayne Lundquist and Cliff Atnip to carry on with his vision to remain committed to serving our clients with honesty and integrity in all situations.

Cliff has leased office space in most of the Multi Tenant Offices in the Central Business District (CBD) and sold several twice.
Both Wayne and Cliff have represented Multi Family Developers in site selection and sales.
Cliff has experience leasing small retail centers in the local market. Wayne has been instrumental in site selection for fast food locations and convenience store locations.
Wayne has been selling land his entire career representing Developers, Speculators and Sellers. His knowledge, expertise and contacts is why he has sold more land than any other Commercial Broker.
Both Wayne and Cliff have experience representing clients as buyers and tenants. Some of their clients include Frost Bank, Plains Capital Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Prosperity Bank, First Community and Texas Champion Bank. They have also represented oil field companies, Spohn Hospital and Driscoll Children’s Hospital and currently Corpus Christi Independent School District.
Both Wayne and Cliff have sold Hotel Properties.
